Problems getting Fedora Core 19 running right.

I have been running FC15 for ages and decided the other day to upgrade to FC19 (was done because of wanting to get more current with software).

Anyhow, I have my box set up as a web server (intranet), so I am running SSH, httpd, Webmin, and will also be running Samba. Simple enough right? Here is my current statuses:

httpd:

httpd.service - The Apache HTTP Server
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/httpd.service; disabled)
Active: active (running) since Wed 2013-09-04 11:58:48 PDT; 1h 51min ago
Process: 1329 ExecStop=/usr/sbin/httpd $OPTIONS -k graceful-stop (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
Main PID: 1344 (/usr/sbin/httpd)
Status: "Total requests: 0; Current requests/sec: 0; Current traffic: 0 B/sec"
CGroup: name=systemd:/system/httpd.service
├─1344 /usr/sbin/httpd -DFOREGROUND
├─1345 /usr/sbin/httpd -DFOREGROUND
├─1346 /usr/sbin/httpd -DFOREGROUND
├─1347 /usr/sbin/httpd -DFOREGROUND
├─1348 /usr/sbin/httpd -DFOREGROUND
└─1349 /usr/sbin/httpd -DFOREGROUND

Sep 04 11:58:48 localhost.localdomain systemd[1]: Started The Apache HTTP Server.
Sep 04 13:36:59 localhost.localdomain systemd[1]: Started The Apache HTTP Server.

Webmin:

Webmin (pid 949) is running

Here is what iptables is coming back with:

iptables -S RH-Firewall-1-INPUT
-N RH-Firewall-1-INPUT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -i lo -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p icmp -m icmp --icmp-type any -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -d 224.0.0.251/32 -p udp -m udp --dport 5353 -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p udp -m udp --dport 53 -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -m state --state RELATED,ESTABLISHED -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p tcp -m state --state NEW -m tcp --dport 22 -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 53 -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 10000 -j ACCEPT
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -j REJECT --reject-with icmp-host-prohibited

I cannot access any other services from a remote computer and it is quite frankly very frustrated!

Thanks!

####Update####
I can get to my https://192.168.1.2:10000 side of Webmin, however, I cannot log in as an administrator or as root, I still cannot get into the website (aka httpd is ignoring port 80). Any input would be appreciated!

I dunno about an upgrade from v15 to v19, but a fresh Fedora 19 uses firewalld over iptables, maybe you're not getting the firewall setup correct. There is a basic gui for firewalld, try running firewall-config, or firewall-cmd from teh command line.
