Well curl is encountering a HTTP 401 error when trying download various files and 401 means unauthorized. Did you fill out the YUP_ID_SLES and YUP_ID_PASS filers in /etc/sysconfig/yup with the relevant values for your SLES 10 license?
Novell have SLES forums at http://forums.novell.com/novell-prod...e-server-sles/ where you may, or indeed may not, get better answers than here. Or you could make use of the support which your SLES license entitles you to and ask Novell for help.
