I am running Matruix OS.

I want to view videos online but i gets the error "The Adobe flash player is required for video plaback"

when i click on this link, i get this website

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Now which one to download from here

Code:
YUM for Linux (YUM)
.tar.gz for other Linux
.rpm for other Linux
APT for Ubuntu 10.04+

How can i install after downloading them ?

Thanks

personally i would use the ".tar.gz for other Linux"

it is a binary file
no building

just copy/paste to the correct locations
