problem with up2date


I tryed to install "wine" in my red hat linux
by using the command

up2date install wine


The system responded

The following packages you requested were not found:
install
wine




Any suggestation what could this be ?

Thanks. Unfortunately I do not have yum utility in my linux.
How couls I install yum in my RH?
