problem with sound detection
 

hello everyone,
I am having some trouble to configure my sound card , actually the problem is :
the sound card that is detected is part of the modem (sis900) but it's not detecting the real one which is sigmaTel. So everytime I clicked the play sound test everything freezes.
Please help me to fix this problem.

I read somewhere abt the lspci and that 's what I got:

and you can see that the multimedia audio controller has the same name as the modem.
So please tell me what to do to solve this problem.
