Problem with souncard; trust514dx S. E. optical

Before trust souncard i had sound blaster audigy PCI soundcard, I used her for level signal for Hi-fi amplifier and that worked fine. Recently, i have bought DIY DAC with S/P DIFF in, and I got thrust 514..... PCI souncard. DAC works exellent (Feed him from dvd s/p diff out). When I try to conect DAC to thrust s/p diff out, on dac motherboard blue micro-led which indicates exsistance of s/p diff signal glow, but ther is no sound comes from speakers. And yes i did not forgot to conect dac to amplifier and switch everything on Please help! And sorry about my bad english.

Have you checked if the new card is on the HCL list of your distribution? Go to your distro's HCL to see if it is listed. If it is there may be notes about it on how to get it working.
