Problem with Running Samba on openSUSE 11.1

I am Running openSUSE 11.1 as a text server and I am trying to load samba so I can use it as a network file server. Ive been using the LQwiki tutorial, But when I get to the point where I mount my tmp drive on my computer on the computer I get this

# mount.cifs //192.168.1.8/tmp /mnt/tmp
mount error: can not change directory into mount target /mnt/tmp

Any Thoughts?
