A warning means that the program accomplished what it was supposed but was somewhat unhappy about something. Here it was unhappy about not having the public key of the repo you use and so it couldn't guarantee the authenticity of what you installed. If you want the warning to stop then install the public key as it suggessts.
ciao,
jdk

It's the public key for the repo and not the repo for the public key.

I don't know how Redhat handles these things. In Debian we have an application called "apt-key" that handles things but I don't know the equivalent for Redhat. You could try to google it or look in the documentation they provide you.
ciao,

Lightbulb

as already posted in nixcraft forums
nixcraft.com/centos-rhel-fedora/18418-unable-install-teamviewer-3.html#post37343

we have at least coerced teamviewer company into publishing their public key at last after quite a hassle to get their support folks contact their dev team. they managed to send an .asc file with their pubkey, instead of uploading it directly to the public keyservers in the first place, we did this task ourselves.

everyone please find the teamviewer.com pubkey that is being used ever since april 2011.
for example at mit:
pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?search=teamviewer
pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0xEF423EF772DB573C

for a security related company it took almost a year to come forward with this information. at last we can check their linux rpm packages as well for tampering and authenticity.
we keep wondering why they failed to provide the pubkey right from the start. their windows packages are authenticode signed and the involved operating systems are all able to check the trust and trust chains accordingly. why was it this hard to do the same for them with their linux editions of their software.

props go out to everybody involved. happy checking. regards.

gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-key 0x72db573c
gpg: requesting key 72DB573C from hkp server pgp.mit.edu
gpg: key 72DB573C: public key "TeamViewer GmbH (TeamViewer Linux) <support@teamviewer.com>" imported
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg: imported: 1
