problem with ns2

hi everyone
I'm working on project in ns2 it's an amelioration of csma/ca by modifiying backoff strategy i have to test before and after modification and my script doesn't really show the csma/ca implementation so plizzzzzzzzzzzzz can anyone told me how to activate csma/ca in tcl script to teste the mac in ns2.35
