Problem with MMC under Lubuuntu

I was converting a couple of flv videos and every thing was going fine till yesterday suddenly MMC doesn't convert a single video??? Even the ones I converted before aren't converting at all. This is what I get upon cliking more
>> Command executed:
ffmpeg -y -i "/home/nabeel/Downloads/The Big Bang Theory Season 5 Episode 16 The Vacation Solution.flv" -vf scale=352:288 -f 3gp -vcodec h263 -r 15 -b 200k -acodec libvo_aacenc -ac 2 -ar 32000 -ab 64k "/home/nabeel/Downloads/The Big Bang Theory Season 5 Episode 16 The Vacation Solution.3gp"

>> Result:
ffmpeg version 0.8.5-4:0.8.5-0ubuntu0.12.04.1, Copyright (c) 2000-2012 the Libav developers
  built on Jan 24 2013 18:03:14 with gcc 4.6.3

MMC uses FFmpeg which is no longer being used in Ubuntu. You might be able to build it from source and use it that way though! See this thread
