I'm running KDE on Debian (stable dist, all installs were through stable packages). I'm having some problems with konqueror. every once in a while I try to start it and it just doesn't show up. Using shell + su I kill the process, and try again. Sometimes that works, sometimes I also have to logout and log back in again for konqueror to work again. It almost sounds like I'm using some other OS
I can't really figure out any common event that leads to this. The only thing that is consistent is that it always happens if I try to open konqueror with su privilege (although it also happens with regular access).
Anyone has any suggestions?
