ms5sum checks the download, media check verifies the CD's you made! Better to use both !

And what can i do about the installation? Does it means that the media check faild? Do i have to download agin cd3?

I think ISO images on your hard disk are ok, because you have checked them with md5sum. So, no downloading is needed again. Do run the media check for the CD's before installing. They have to PASS the test. If not, suspect your cdwriter, the media, ...hardware??? difficult to tell.
