problem with "configure" script.
hey guys,
can somebody tell me what this message means. bash: ./INSTALL: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied i got it as the very first message while trying to run the "configure" and/or "INSTALL" scripts. that's all. the configuration is aborted. thanks for your time, mate. -Sety. |
Are you sure INSTALL is a script?
If it is a script then is the executable attribute set? Is this a file in the source file you are compiling? Point us to a link that has the file you are building? Brian |
