problem with compiling program

hi everyone, i'm having trouble compiling moto4lin i'm follow the instuctions and as and i'm getting this error

/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i586-suse-linux/3.3.4/../../../../i586-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lqte-mt

i don't understand what it means or how to fixit please can someone help me, i'm uning suse 92. pro
its a qmake program if this is any help

The linker complains that it can't find your Qt lib. Have you installed Qt from source?
Can you verify if Qt is installed and if so, what version you have?

i sorted it out by uninstalling it then re-installing it and it's compiles now ok
