Smile Problem with c++


hello to all of you!I have this slight problem witt gcc:
when I write a c++ file (file.cpp) and then i write to bash gcc -o file file.cpp iget this error message : " cannot exec cc1plus no such file or directory "
1.What libs do i need?
2.What does this error message means?
#.does all the window libraries from devc++ exist on linux
4.how can I add libs for my c++ applications??

Use g++ -o file file.cpp
because gcc does not always detect C++ against C right for some reason.

For g++ says that didn't find the command.Now what should itry next?

Install the gcc-c++ (or gcc-g++) package for your distro.

Thank you i installed gcc-c++ and it runs with g++
(it doesn't with gcc -0 option though)
