[SOLVED] problem with bitdefender bdscan

hi
i am installed bitdefender AV on my machine running CentOS, on running bdscan i am facing the following error:
Infected file action: ignore
Suspected file action: ignore
Loading plugins, please wait
Plugins loaded.

Error: core initialization failed: (null)

i have also gone through one of the threads on this forum which says to
Modify SELinux Policy -> Compatibility -> Allow the use of shared libraries with Text Relocation
Since i am new to Linux, i donot know how to modify the setting..can somebody help pls.. thanks

Please remove Bitdefender and reinstall again the application.

Use the following commands to uninstall:

Code:

# dpkg -r bitdefender-scanner-gui

# dpkg -r bitdefender-scanner

# rm -rf /opt/BitDefender-scanner

Download and install the latest available kit from the link below:

http://download.bitdefender.com/SMB/...x.i586.deb.run

and install with:

Code:

# sh BitDefender-Antivirus-Scanner-7.6-4.linux-gcc4x.i586.deb.run

I am not using Ubuntu..This problem is coming on CentOS 7. can u send the link of compatatible rpm package which can be installed on CentOS

There is problem with the latest version ie. 7.7.1.. i installed the version just previous and it worked fine...
