Problem with auto-run install of Mandrake 9.2

I am running WinMe and trying to install Mandrake 9.2. Idownloaded and then burned the ISO image and so I have the CD now. It seems fine, but when i go to autorun and then click install it basically says "It has to restart your computer, OK or Cancel" so i click OK, but nothing happens. Nothing. So, i try to restart the computer to boot with the CD, but it doesn't read the CD at all. Is there a way to fix this.
