problem while installing ipvsadm package---------
Sir,
We are a group of students working on a LVS clusturing project. For the same we had downloaded the kernel 2.4.28 on a machine having kernel 2.4.20-8 Redhat 9(Distribution.).We are having AMD -K6 processor machine. The kernel 2.4.28 is now booting properly as I got so much of help from so many kind members of this forum. Now for the same we downloaded a package called ipvsadm-1.21.9.src.rpm (source rpm). But while converting it to real rpm (so that it can be installed) we faced errors:-

ven I created user Wensong using command adduser ,But
then the error Bad exit status -------------- is still
there.What could be the problem,sir
As one kind member suggested me that there could be problem that the kernel headers may not be in place. What does it meant.& how to do it.
