Hello all,
i have redhat 8..
i installed gaim-1.1.2-0rh9.i386.rpm properly....
Now running command "gaim" in the prompt ....the gaim is appearing on the screen.
i made a new user...( i don't know about the various prtocol to be used...etc.)
when i'm trying to signon........its giving error after some time..
." was unable to sign on: Authentication Failed."
Hello..........
i did as u instructed...
but its still giving the problem...
"gaim: relocation error: gaim: undefined symbol: gtk_tree_store_move_before
for uninstalling the older version. i wrote...
.........." rpm -e gaim........"
then for installing the new version....
........."rpm -ivh gaim...."
after it got successfully installed...i'm just writing "gaim" on the prompt.
i'm getting the user login window for yahoo messenger but when i'm trying
to log in.......it's giving the error stated above on the command prompt.
