Problem When S

hi everybody,

I am facing one problem in networking. When i do "apmsleep +0:1" which stand by system for 1 min. my ip address is getting changed. Because one module say ip_tables and ipfilter (dependent module) are getting loaded. Which changes it to the default ip(written in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/). So wt can i do to avoid this ??? Because i am writing a driver fr RTL8139 and as a driver i can not deal with the ip layer. Plz Reply Me...
