Problem When I'm trying to open my ubuntu 11.10?
 
Hi,
I am using ubuntu 11.10 .After i updated my ubuntu ,when i reloaded it again i get a flickering screen and it remains like that .Plzzz help or tell me how to backup my data incase i need to reinstall.

Not sure how to fix it but to get to your data you should be able to use a live cd to access your drives.
