Problem to install OpenLDAP

I'm new for Linux and not strong in scripts reading. I'm trying to install OpenLDAP and got errors that Berkeley DB not installed. I visited sleepycat and installed Berkeley software 4.1. Open LDAP claims that supports 4.1 however I'm still getting the same error. Does somebody know as configure scrits makes decision about Berkeley DB installation? I can cleare see Berkeley DB directory in usr/locale.

Thank you for help.

Do "configure --help" to see the options for the configuration program. There's probably one to specify the location of the needed files. Or you could set the CFLAGS and CPPFLAGS to point to the correct lib and include directories.
