Question Problem setup up bouce-notice-recipient

I am using postfix-2.3.3-2.1.el5_2 on CentOS 5. I am trying to configure it so that all bounce mail received by it should be forwareded to instead of going to postmaster(root).

To achieve this I configured below paremeter:

bounce_notice_recipient =

and restart postfix:

#service postfix restart

But now neither bounces are going to postmaster nor to

Anyone please suggest if any other parameter to be configured to enable redirecting bounces emails.

check your server settings.
I use thunderbird for this, which is pretty easy to configure and it provdes many other options too.

If we create alias to postmaster than all mails coming to postmaster will be redirected to another user while we want just bounce mails.
