Problem setting up synology ds1511+ with redhat ent 5.5? lib will not link. will not install mangment software that is optimized for umbuntu? any suggestions, sorry for being so vegg do not want this on a windows box

No idea what you're talking about, so unless you provide details, we can't help. What do you mean by "lib will not link"?? What error(s) do you get, and when do you get them? Where did you get the software you're trying to work with? If the software is for ubuntu, then you may have problems installing it, since some requirement libraries may be in different places, have different names, etc.
Also, we're not going to email you answers...this is a community forum, not the place to come for free, personalized, one-on-one tech support. Unless you participate, you won't get help. And, since you're using RedHat ENTERPRISE, you have access to the RedHat support network...give them a call, since you're paying for RHEL, right?
