Post problem regarding NIS authentication

Hi all,

I have setup NIS server for authentication of my clients systems, but during login from clients i am able to login only if i automount the server's /home directory to clients /home directory, if i tried to modify /etc/auto.master that refers to /etc/auto.home so that it will mount the /home directory on NIS server to /mnt directory on my client , then i am not able to login from client machines.
So is there any way ,so that during login from client the home directory will be /mnt on client which will automount the home directory of particular user from server /home directory with successful login on the accounts on NIS server ?

Thanks in advance...
