problem online update Suse 9.3

When I make online update through Yast I have the following problem. Everything the Yast has downloaded cannot be installed. I receive the following message for error:
ERROR (Inst Target:F_RpmDB_subprocess_failed)

(F is the CD)

I changed the servers from where I download and the problem still remains. After starting the installation it gives me the message error and it tells me if I want to skip the patch. I have to skip all the patches and then it tells me : no updates have been installed.

I don't understand why it is referencing the CD drive when you are doing an on line (network) update. Are you sure that you are using online update? Do this.

Log in as root.
Start a terminal window.
Enter the following command in the terminal window command line:
Code:
you
You should see the Yast Online Update (YOU) window start, initialise, look for servers, get a list of updates from the server, and then ask you if you want to proceed.

Yes. This is from where I do the update
The Yast window opens. It writes:
The last succesfull update 6 days ago
I tried both manually and automaticly update. The update happens but after, the installation fails.
