Problem on OpenLDAP and BerkeleyDB in Fedora Core 2
I had install the BerkeleyDB.4.3.27 and openLDAP-2.2.9 in Fedora Core 2,
the installation is fine but failed on make test in openLDAP.
The installation configure as below:
#tar zxvf db-4.3.27.tar.gz
#cd db-4.3.27/build_unix/
#../dist/configure
#make
#make install
#tar zxvf openldap-2.2.9.tgz
#cd openldap-2.2.9/
#env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.3/include LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.3/lib ./configure
#make depend
#make
#make test
it failed in make test, the error message in log file is:
bdb_initialize: BDB library version mismatch: expected Sleepycat Software: Berkeley DB 4.3.27: (December 22, 2004), got Sleepycat Software: Berkeley DB 4.2.52:
(March 2, 2004)
I try to add /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.3/lib in /etc/ld.so.conf and run ldconfig (success in RedHat 9), but it's still the same error.
Is there any openLDAP expert can help me on this problem? Thanks.
