Problem of installing "error 127"

When I m installing a software ,i found this problem, these are the last lines of log file:
.....
Success: marionnet.byte was built
/bin/bash: msgcat : commande introuvable
make: *** [_build/marionnet.pot] Erreur 127

I can't understand the problem, I can't solve it.
msgcat is installed.I don't know why it says "commande introuvable" means "command not found"
I need help thank you

Check the path to the application, also verify the $PATH env variable of the user that the make install is running under has the folder path of where the application is installed listed.
