Problem installing startup manager
 
I have installed Pioneer Basic 3.0.2 w/Kde desktop

When installing Startup manager from synaptic the file libxml2-utils failed

The error is "archives.techalign.com/explorersecurity/mainlibxml2-utils 2.6.30.dfsg-2ubuntu1.1" 404 not found

Installing the file from synaptic the error is " archives.techalign.com/pioneer/pool/main/libx/libxml2/libxml2-utils_2.6.30.dfsg-2ubuntu1.1 " 404 not found

Reloaded repos to no avail

Need help

try a different repo, that's the only suggestion I can make
