I have changed the text ....how does one save it ....I tried ^X and it asks to save to which I press Y
but when I restart its still "Other" , using nano again and it has reverted back to Other.

Hmmm

I assume you are running as root (on my machine the file will not even open otherwise.)

open file
make changes
ctrl-X to close
Y to confirm saving changes
nano then shows the file name--hit return to confirm

If you can't get it working, do some experiments with junk files--eg just create a file in nano and see if you can save it OK

How does one save after editing ....I tried ^X then Y to save and exit but it does not seem to achieve it.
