Problem in Virtuzzo Installation - Please help me

Hi Friend,

I have installed "virtuozzo4.0" on my linux cent OS server.

While installing i got the following error messages. Now am unable to boot my server.

MY RAM Memory details as follows:

Using username "root".
root@'s password:

I have created /vz partition with high amount of memory space.

At present am unable to boot my linux server.

Please can any one can assist me on this issue.
