Problem in Squid Server

Assalam o Alaikum!

I have configured squid server, and just allow our network to access http..

I didn't define any rule to block any site

So when I tested browsing via squid I can open all websites except few including www.nelaam.com.

When I tried to open this site I got this message:

Unable to determine IP address from host name www.nelaam.com
The DNS server returned:
Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.

WHY I CAN'T OPEN ABOVE WEBSITE and CAN OPEN ALL OTHER WEBSITES?

why? Because it can't get the DNS resolution for it. Clearly nothing to do with Squid. What happens if you try pinging the domain from the box?

Yes, I have stopped squid service then tried same result. Its DNS problem thanks

[root@as..]# ping www.nelaam.com
ping: unknown host www.nelaam.com

[root@as..]# host www.nelaam.com
Host www.nelaam.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

[root@as..]# ssh root@192.168.1.188
root@192.168.1.188's password:
Last login: Thu Sep 13 04:25:59 2012 from 192.168.1.252

[root@bs.. ~]# host www.nelaam.com
www.nelaam.com has address 96.0.43.113

This problem is related to only www.nelaam.com. I can ping all other webs domain

right so compare and contrast the DNS servers being used by the respective servers.
