You haven't stated what the problem is though.

Dual-booting with 2 HDDs is pretty standard.
At some point in the fedora installation, it asks you where to install GRUB. You tell it to intstall GRUB to the windows drive MBR. When you boot, grub will start and present you with a choice of fedora or windows.

So... what was your problem?

Ok, you mean I will install the GRUB in windows. And then that GRUB will recognize and will install the FC6 in my primary slave hdd. Sorry for this quetions and PLS enlightend me.

No.
I mean that when anaconda (the fedora core installation program) asks where to install grub, you will select the master boot record of the primary-master hard drive (hda).

When you choose where to install fedora, you will select the primary slave drive (hdb).

You should also look at the following notes:

OS is installed to slave drive, but the boot loader GRUB should be installed to master drive's master boot record (MBR). This is most common method of dual booting. The GRUB boot loader will display boot menu then you choose what to boot.
