Problem booting ubuntu

Hello,

Every time I boot my ubuntu I get the message checking file systems... something with fsck... and after that it waits about 2 minutes and prompts something about differences on the boot sector. After that all goes well.

How can I fix this problem? It is a little bit annoying waiting that long every time I boot my system.

Thank you!

Take note of the exact error messages and post them here. It seems like you may have a problem with your filesystems.

something like this:
Code:

Filesystem is clean
* Checking file systems... [OK]
fsck 1.39
dosfsck 2.11

There are differences between boot sector and its backup
Differences: (offset: original/backup)
....
(here it spits some offsets with some bytes in hexa)
....

Not automatically fixing this.
