Printing in mirror image
I want to print some iron-ons (like for t-shirts) which requires printing the document in reverse (aka mirror image). Does anyone know a way to do this in Ubuntu 11.10? As far as I know, my printer does not have the function built in.
(My printer is an HP Photosmart 5510 e-print all in one)

Just about any decent image editor should be able to do inversion. Try the gimp for gui work, or convert (part of the imagemagick suite) if you want to do it in cli/scripting.

Well, you should've been more specific about your problem then.

But if you'd just give it some thought, the solution is obvious. Create an image out of your text and flip that. convert can handle simple text-to-image jobs too, or again, open up the gimp and use the text insertion function.

text flipping is the same as image flipping
