Printing and ISDN-Settings in SuSE

I have an HP DeskJet 710C and a Teles 16.3c PnP ISDN Card installed.

When I try to print something, I continuously get the error message "Could not find localhost". I believe this is somehow related to the fact that none of the ISDN applications can start. I've tried to figure out just how to correctly configure my ISDN Card, but I don't seem to get it to work!

I know I've got to figure out wich I/O's and Interrupts are available, but how do I do this? I opened the info box and found a combination of letters and numbers on the the I/O and the interrupts, but how can I know wich ones are available, and what to input on the YaST input box: "0x0000" (as an example) How do I convert the values from what I see in the info-box to the Hexadecimal values I'm supposed to insert into the config..?
