Printer setup problems

I have added a new machine on my network running on Redhat 9.0 but there seems to be a problem setting up the network printer.Cups is started as a service.
I have assigned the correct setting ie Networked JetDirect and set the correct IP address on Port 9100.I have also set the correct model and manufacturer but when i try printing I get the following error-

"There was a problem sending CUPS test page
to 'printer' queue:

lpr: unable to print file: server-error-service-unavailable""
Any suggestion out there.

PS:Other computers on the network with the same setting actually print.

Check that lpr isn't disabled in the machine's BIOS
