You need hplip (which may already be installed in Fedora) to be able to print with HP printers.

Hmmm. I can't seem to connect to the hplip web page at present, rats!
Try Googling "hplip" and see if you get a better response.

Play Bonny!

You dont need hplip to print to most HP printers. Most of the time, a Generic PCL or Postscript driver will work fine. If you want a specific driver that has more features particular to your printer you may want to install hplip, but for basic printing try generics first and if they dont work, then try the drivers that come with hplip.

Also, what commands?

You can use the cups gui to setup printers. on your web browser go to http://localhost:631/ and the click Administration, then Add Printer, and so on and so forth...

You just connect the printer and configure it in CUPS.
