printer driver
 
I have just installed ubuntu 7.10 and am trying to hook up a Brother
DCP-135c I've googled with no success.

Help would be appreciated.

Here's the drivers listed on my system (fairly current):

./foomatic/db/source/printer/Brother-DCP-7010.xml

./foomatic/db/source/printer/Brother-DCP-1200.xml
./foomatic/db/source/printer/Brother-DCP-8045D.xml
./foomatic/db/source/printer/Brother-DCP-7025.xml
If you can find out if yours has any commonality with one of these, then it **might** work.

Have you checked the Brother website?

The listing above was found by searching in /usr/share---this is where all the printer drivers are kept.
