precompiled gcc

I apparently don't have gcc on my server. I have downloaded a precompiled gcc from thewrittienword.com (gcc-3.3.2.rpm4.tar.Z) I uncompressed it etc and did rpm -iv on all the rpms which is all the install said to do. What do I need to do now?
