pre install script

Hi linux guru's,
is there a way I can set in pre-install.in on the rpm package to have this steps?

1> check if /opt/opscenter/cfg forlder exists
2> if not cancel the rpm installation
2> if yes continue the rpm installation

...and putting "rpm pre install script" into Google pulls up, as the VERY FIRST HIT:
http://www.rpm.org/max-rpm/s1-rpm-inside-scripts.html

After being here for FOUR YEARS, and asking many questions about RPM packages, why weren't you able to do this basic bit of research? Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature.
