Practice linux commands using Telnet command in Windows
 
I want to write a program in shell script, But I don't have a Linux OS, I used to connect to my college server using Telnet command.. but now the server is OFF so I cant do that..

Is there any other linux server, so that i can Connect from my windows using telnet

No, not unless you pay for one. But why don't you just load Linux into a virtual machine on your Windows system?

You could install and use a virtual machine. Or, on the other hand, you can still write your script in notepad, and then transfer it to a Linux machine.
