PPPoE Configuration

I am a linux newbie using Fedora Core 3 x86_64 on an AMD64 machine. I have figured out how to configure my PPPoe connection using adsl-setup and modifying the the ifupppp file to add the service name and acname. I can connect using my username and pswd but it doesnt seem to work. no browser can get internet working. I had got it configured right a few days ago but after a harddisk crash and re-install of linux it doesnt work. Any help would be appreiciated.

hi
i have the same problem before .i compiled a new kernel for fc3 (kernel-2.6.11).
and now it's well.
i think there are some problems with the fc3's kernel.

hai sachanandani i have a problem which i think you can solve,
i have installed FC7 on my PC and am unable to configure the adsl setting and it would be great if you can tell me as how you have setup the adsl for dialing and which file is to be modified.
