Unhappy Postfix cannot receive emails from outside

Hi, I have set up Postfix 2.11 on Fedora Core 1, using vm-pop3d for virtual email accounts. Firewall and proxy are off.

However, only mails sent from the server (e.g. using webmail or pine etc.) are received (and could be retrieved to client via vm-pop3d), and mails sent from other machines are just lost. There is no bounce back message nor anything goes to the mail spool folder, just lost.

May I know what are the probable faults causing this problem?

Thanks in advance ...
