Postfix Admin Error

Hello,

I have installed and set up Postfix Admin on my Dev server as you can see from the link below:

http://puu.sh/44nEG.png

When I try to log in, I get the following error:

Code:
DEBUG INFORMATION:
Connect: Access denied for user 'postfix'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Please check the documentation and website for more information.

I checked all the MySQL settings and the user "postfix" has any and all Privileges to the database for postfix. I did notice that there are no tables or anything in that database but I'm not sure if that is the issue or when you log in it is supposed to write something to the database.

I never set something up like this before, this is the first time. Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you!

Sounds like you have a wrong database password (or username) in your config.inc.php/config.local.php. There is an INSTALL.TXT file with the postfix admin software that tells you what you need to modify, before things will work.

Hello,

So I got into postfix. I changed the password for the user postfix and updated it in the config.inc.php and all is good. Now I have one problem left, in postfixadmin I created a domain name and a mail box in that domain name. When I go into webmail to log in and I use manny@domainame.com and the password for it and it does not work but if I put the user manny and the password it works. I DO NOT want webmail using system accounts to log in I want them to use the email address to log in. I am using round cube, dovecot and postfix, is there anything else I am missing?
