What's the DNS configuration? Is the MX record pointing to the Public IP address of the Server? Is the port open on the firewall? Are you sure you're not blacklisted?

First of all you don't need to be root to run 'dig' so un-learn doing everything as root OK?
Then there's three MXes with prio 10 and two with prio 20??? You got the MX prios wrong. One is bad, two is common, three is excellent but five MX records? Why?

Also wrong. root is the account unprivileged users need to access for only certain admin tasks (use Sudo instead). As per Best Practices root mail should be read by a human user. So redirect root (info, admin, webmaster etcetera) to an unprivileged user account. Finally do not ever email "root" but email an unprivileged user directly.

Thanks for your reply

in my server connecting ip address point to the main domains and rest of ip address is point to sub domains.ie info, support and contact

i domain account manager i set the proper value in MX record

i little bit confuse about this..in root mail i can receive the internal mail not from external.

And my domain point to the nameserver is godaddy nameserver...

I think IP doesn't work from outside network or ISP blocking the port

i changed the MX record
here is the result

[feedback@xxxxxx ~]$ dig MX xxxxxx.com

; <<>> DiG 9.9.4-RedHat-9.9.4-29.el7_2.4 <<>> MX xxxxxx.com

A MTA sends and accepts email for certain domain names. So unless you have separate departments that do huge volumes of mail to and from "name@support.xxxxxx.com" and "contact.xxxxxx.com" kind of addresses there's no reason to not have a "simple" setup like
[code]
xxxxxx.com. 600 com MX 10 mail.xxxxxx.com.
xxxxxx.com. 600 com MX 20 mail.xxxxxx.com.
xxxxxx.com. 600 com MX 30 fallback.someisp.com.
[code]

An "454.4.7.1" error on its own, without session log lines and relevant configuration, doesn't tell me much. Please check your Postfix configuration for "smtpd_recipient_restrictions" and compare with what http://www.postfix.org/SMTPD_ACCESS_README.html offers.
