porting programs to linux, io.h, window.h

My university tutor wants me to compile in linux something he wrote in windows.

How should I resolve issues such as no io.h and window.h files?

Thanks in advance!

You need to port the app so it no longer uses the win32 API. This is a matter best dealt with by your university tutor. If you don't understand how to do it, please ask him.
