no, its rather not possible
portage uses ebuilds, which are scripts .. nothing more really
its mainly because of those cursed ebuild thingies (the ebuilds expect to be installing for Gentoo, and most have damned hardwired stuff to do, like installing /etc and bootup files, something that I'm sure fedora does different,
sure you could download the portage system, but after a few installs, it woulds probably break your system, as a ebuild might have placed a config file somewhere and fedora has no clue about it
(this is problem with portage, the ebuilds only work for 1 type of system, if they where more like config files and not scripts then you could configure portage to work with fedora nicely)
