Port permissions?
 
I'm trying to get abyss web server to work correctly using port 80, but apparently only root can use port 80. How can i change port permissions?

Make sure a webserver isn't already running which might using this port and make the changes so it runs on port 80. Are you trying to run this as a user? Perhaps you need to run it as root or nobody, etc.
