Port numbers?

How can I know which are the port numbers that I am using?

Actually I have a problem with MATLAB. I am supposed to assign to FLEXML a port number between 27000 and 27009. Sometimes the license manager works, and sometimes I am forced to change manually the port number until some is available. Therefore, I need to know which are the ones available...

ports and related services can be seen from the file


ports are in use can be seen by the command


(with the options like)

netstat -tan
netstat -tap
